This page lists every cookie we set and every piece of telemetry we collect about your visit. We don’t use any third-party analytics, advertising trackers, or social-media pixels.

Strictly necessary cookies don’t require a consent banner under UK PECR / EU ePrivacy because the customer portal can’t function without them.
Page-load telemetry (optional)
On the public pages of this site, we send one small first-party measurement per page to our own server. Its sole purpose is to collect statistics about how the website is used so we can improve it — which pages are visited, when the site is busy, and whether pages load quickly. It records:
- the page path, from a fixed list of public pages only (quote links, invoices and portal pages are never reported, and nothing after a
?in the address is sent); - a coarse screen-size band (small, medium or large), not your exact screen size;
- how many files the page loaded and how big they were, in bytes;
- the website address you were on and the time of the visit.
It contains no identifier of any kind: no cookie, no device fingerprint, no IP address, no account, and nothing that links one page view to another or to you. We only ever look at it in aggregate. We don’t share it with anyone, except a supplier who helps us run and improve this website and acts only on our instructions. It is never used for advertising or profiling, and raw entries are discarded after 90 days.
Objecting is simple and free. Use the buttons below at any time; the site continues to work normally, only the measurement stops. If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track signal, we treat that as an objection automatically, before anything is sent, unless you have chosen to allow the measurement here.
Legal basis: the UK statistical-purposes exception in Schedule A1, paragraph 5 of the Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations (in force 5 February 2026), which permits first-party audience measurement with clear information and a simple, free means of objecting. This notice is that information; the buttons below are that means.
Third-party cookies
We don’t embed any third-party scripts that drop cookies on this site. If you go to Stripe to pay a deposit, Stripe sets its own cookies on its own domain — that’s out of our control and explained in Stripe’s cookies notice.
